so, if I were to start my first cycle and maybe another 1 or 2 and then start including the GH in following cycles, what would be the best way to start incorporating it? also, do I need IGF1 or other accessories?

Start your cycle? I am assuming you are talking about AAS cycle? Start your HGH first then about 8 - 12 weeks later start your AAS cycle. IGF isn't necessary, but the compounds you use ***end on what you want to achieve.
