Growth like that really only occurs with prolonged periods of high doseage

Benches is having the same sides as me. Swollen hands and feet are common with GH. It's not the same as Acr*****ly where your features are actually altered permanently. It takes very high doses for prolonged periods to have those effects. Personally I wouldn't mind if my feet grew a little.

I'm on another board alot with some pros and doses of 20-30 iu's are common. Personally I'd like to try running doses up around there but I don't think I could take the sides.
