When is the best time to take it? Before GH shoot or after and how long time from the GH.

I dont think its going to work in the way you think it will. chromium picolinate is a suppliment and nothing more it will help control your blood sugar but nothing like glucophage would do. I would just take it like it says on the bottle.

It's just to help with insulin sensitivity..Cinamon does the same thing
