    Site Growth IGF Question

    Im new to IGF and have been researching it for a little while. I couldnt find a straight answer to this question, though it mite be a dumb question to begin with. I was wondering if one was only to use IGF post workout and not on non-training days (which im pretty sure is a correct method) shooting one body part exclusively for site grow. I only work shoulders once a week, would I shoot them after each workout?, even thought it wasnt a shoulder workout? im very confused on this.

    there is no side growth with igf.

    Could anyone please answer my question? I'm very interested in IGF for shoulder growth as I feel their lagging.

    it is tough to give you a definite answer...some users may say they experience some minor additional growth where they injected, but the majority report no site specific growth

    i agree with the majority as i have not noticed any site specific growth from igf usage

    MGF is the only peptide to my knowledge which does contribute to site growth...although i have never used it so cannot comment

    i ran IGF for about 7wks and i only shot in my shoulders twice a day and it seemed that at the end my shoulders did grow more than the rest of my body. could be all in my head though. but i was like you. my shoulders were lagging and now they arent.

    some say yes there is others say no there isnt...i love IGF and have used it a lot of times in different applications...i only inject it in my bi's and delts and they have grown, might be the cycle and might be the IGF, i think it help and if it doesnt it aint hurting to try it....

    So would I stick my shoulders after every workout even if it wasnt a shoulder workout?

    ya, i do bi's one day then shoulkders the next and just rotate between those sites aven if it isnt bi or shoulder day...
