How to know when GH is Frozen

Hey guys,

I received my generic GH and am waiting till I return from vacation, so I put them in my mini fridge with of course nothing else in it. When I went and checked my vials (after reading another post about freezing) I noticed that the powder had moved up the vial and what looked to be a bit of frost on the outside of the vials. I increased the temp of the fridge. Any thought of if I did damage ?

Did you get any sides with yours when used ? I still havn't started, dying to know if my 1000UI's are useless.

yeah im getting sides just not as bad as expected which led me to believe i stored it to cold, my thermometer isnt very accurate so i keep a water bottle in my fridge, it hasnt frozen yet but my bottles took on the same characteristics you described.

the amino structures are very fragile - if u freeze it once it s gone. but there s no way to tell just from the powder structure...
