    Insulin post workout ??

Just started GH at 2 ius ed and ramping up to desired dose. I have some humulin r and am gonna throw that in the mix once I get a good grasp and soak up as much info as i can. My question is this: I've read to take insulin immediatly post workout....I usually do my cardio (35-45) min after I lift on non-leg days. I have a shake after i lift, wait a few min and hit the cardio. Now do i take the insulin after cardio or after I lift? thanks

After you lift, but you don't want to be further exercising after that, so you might want to find other time for cardio.

Yes its because of the insulin . As you already know, insulin can make you feel pretty shitty post injection. Hypoglycemia symptoms such as dizzyness, shaking and sweating is more than likely to occur, and you don't want to experience things like that while you are doing cardio. So, do you cardio in the AM if you can.

Insulin on non-lifting days? I just relised that after I typed out the previous post. How are you supposed to take insulin "PWO" on "non-lifting days"? Are you going to take insulin at other times of the day?

RN here....i would say use the slin after the cardio....(which is after your lifting right?) Dont want to pass out during cardio if you dont have enough carbs on board.

you are still in the window of optimum nutrient shuttleing. Thats usually 90-120 minutes post glycogen ***letion. After working out and cardio would be the best I think

thats pretty interesting.....now should you carry the slin with you to the gym and take it as soon as your done or is it fine to wait till the drive home? About 5 min....
