GH dosage split question?

Hey all....can i get an opinion on weather its better to do GH ed for 6 months or eod? My buddy is starting at 4 ius eod....i am doing 2 ius ed for now(ramping up eventually to 6 iu). We are both 25...is one way better than the other or is it personal pref?

starting on 4IUs is not a good idea. Trust me I have had the Carpel Tunnel pain and you do not want to go there. 2 IU is a better start As to your question mix it up, do both change it around, the body prefers it that way. There is no definitive proof that one way of taking it over another is better or worse. 5 on 2 off, EOD they all work well
