Insulin still OK?

Hey guys, I recently moved and had all my stuff in the trunk of my car, while I left my insulin in my trunk for a day and it was about 85 degrees out finally I remembered it and got it out. my question is: do you think it is still alright to use? it is hum-R and is NOT cloudy, appears like water, as when I originally got it. I just remember reading it is not to be kept above room temp ever or it degrades, what are your thoughts? Thanks

Your fine bro don't sweat it. You could have left it for a week and it would be good but I wouldn't recommend it for keeping optimal potency.

Thanks 100%, I thought after the fact hell I could just shoot up 15iu's and see how I feel lol. Appreciate the input though...
