1: I'm taking 4iu of blue tops, 2iu upon waking and 2iu late afternoon/late evening (4pm-ish & 12am-ish). Now my question is since I work a split shift, 3 days/3 nights/6 off, I usually workout within the first hour of waking for my night shifts (about 4PM), should I take my first shot when I wake (early afternoon) or PWO?
2: Where is the best place to take a shot? In the gut or the inner thigh? I usually take them in the gut alternating sites.
