I wanted to know how often do I take IGF1? I am now taking it in the morning and after workouts in the muscle I just worked. Ok, but do i take it every day or just the days I workout. I work out 5 days then 2 off. What should I do?

Take it only on the workout days, and post workout only. I shoot in the muscle worked bilaterally. I am in week 2 and very impressed, my strength has certainly increased many folds and I recover faster. So if I worked Back then I shoot in Biceps and if I work Chest I shoot in triceps. Of course for legs, quads is the best place.
After workout is recommended since there are more receptors for the IGF to bind, compared to first thing in the morning.
