Insulin necessary with HGH?
What's up board,
It's come time in my diet and training over the past years and years to start HGH. Finally saved up the money and made my first order. Only thing is, most people take insulin with the HGH and I was wondering if this was necessary. I know you should take it if you want the most gains for it but I'm not looking for that first time around with HGH. I really don't want to get into using insulin until later.
Therefore, will HGH alone really send me hyperglycemic? I eat every 2 hours consistently and I can switch my carbs around if needed. I was thinking of doing Redbaron's suggestion which is 300mg of Alpha Lipoic Acid and 300mcgs of Chromium Piccinolate every day.
Thanks for any input.

Most people wouldn't say it's necessary, but it does add to the overall anabolic effect.
