New with HGH and have some friends to help me out with it but i was seeing if you guys also could help me. 5' 9" 194lbs 10.3%bf been lifting since 17 straight personal trainer at a gym. Ive been in the AAS game for awhile now probly about 6 cycle under my belt but never ran HGH. Im looking to lean out but put some decent quality size on. From what ive been reading i probly should slowly increase as the weeks go by. Does this sound about right, and im open to critque please.
Week 1 2ius ed
week 2 3 ius (1.5am 1.5 pm)
week 3 4ius (2am 2pm)
and i dont know how much i should run at the most for a first time.
Im also wondering what the split should be some tell me 5 on 2 off some tell me 4 on 3 off some tell me for the first month everyday. I wanted to know what you guys thought. Thank you.
