first run with HGH opinions on what dosage should be like
New with HGH and have some friends to help me out with it but i was seeing if you guys also could help me. 5' 9" 194lbs 10.3%bf been lifting since 17 straight personal trainer at a gym. Ive been in the AAS game for awhile now probly about 6 cycle under my belt but never ran HGH. Im looking to lean out but put some decent quality size on. From what ive been reading i probly should slowly increase as the weeks go by. Does this sound about right, and im open to critque please.
Week 1 2ius ed
week 2 3 ius (1.5am 1.5 pm)
week 3 4ius (2am 2pm)
and i dont know how much i should run at the most for a first time.
Im also wondering what the split should be some tell me 5 on 2 off some tell me 4 on 3 off some tell me for the first month everyday. I wanted to know what you guys thought. Thank you.

GH's benefits will only be felt in the long run, you won't see any huge muscle gains. That's what many think GH will do, and they end up dissapointed in the long run.
You just need to try different methods to figure out which works best for you.
As far as dosing, you can try that route of administration, but you may need to back down, because sides could become harsh if you ramp it up too quick.

my bad didnt read the whole post was running out of the house. but do you think 4-5 ius a day would be a good choice? I just want as much help as possible before i go through with it sorry if i sound like a broken record

I want to gain lean muscle mass and maybe a little size to my frame while keeping lean ... basically grow

It will not make you grow like AAS. That is undesputable.

what type of results will I acheive at 4-5 ius a day i can acheive the muscle growth with the aas so im not too worried about that... what kind of results would i be seeing with 4-5 ius proper training and diet and rest

For anti-aging, general health & healing, fat mobilization
And other purposes such as these –
A dose of 2-3 IU’s per day (~10 – 15 IU’s per week) will be sufficient. A dose of 1.5 - 2.0 IU’s is considered to be a full replacement dose for those in their middle age. Given we will get somewhere in the neighborhood of 70-80% absorption and utilization from our subQ injections, our 2-3 IU’s will for all intents and purposes equate to a full replacement measure of HGH.
At 4-5iu's of what GH?
