b/fat%
would 19% bodyfat be to high to take hgh, ive been taking it for 12weeks, ive up the dose to 5ius a day with weekends off, only been taking 5ius for a week, the reason i asked i dont wont to waste my money buying anougther 100 ius if its not going work very good because b/f% is to high?

honestly bro, if your intentions are to lower bf%, hgh is not the answer....please take a good luck at your diet, better yet, post your diet...let us give you some feedback on that and your training
hgh will only aid in lowering bf%, etc....but at 20%, you can defintely lower it significantly on your own with right deit/training
just trying to give you an honest answer and save you some cash

stats
weight 205 my goal is to put 10lbs on and lose 5% bf i now its going to take a while, but with hard work and a good diet i now its achievibly
height 5.11
age 28
diet i dont think its to bad.
7:00 breakfast large bowl of oats,protien shake
10:00 2 chicken sandwishes piece of fruit
1:00 same as above or maybe a chicken curry with boiled rice
3:00 proteien shake
training
protien shake
6:00 potatoes with or steak or chicken or salmon with veg or salad
9:00 jacket spud with a tin of tuna and sweetcorn
10:30 protien shake
i migtht have the odd bowl of icecream after dinner and maybe a packet of crisps with my sarnes.
training, cardio 3 times a week in mornings b4 work which is boxing training.
weights 4 times a week in the afternoon mon, tues, wed off. thrus, fri weekends off, one bodytpart a week i,e [chest bis].....[ back,traps].....off [legs]....[shoulders, tris]weekends off.
any faults let me no, and thanks for the advice with hgh it just saved me a few pound cheers guys. i think i might need a 10 week cycle to help me out, dont no what though. any suggestions/
