People who have actually taken GH
Do you feel you can up your cardio without sacrificing LBM? I was thinking about adding another 45min session 3-4x's a week on top of my regular 45min sessions.

I've been running GH for over a year and have been training twice a day 6 times a week for the last 6 months. One cardio and one lifting session a day. In the first 3 months my weight went from about 98 kilos to 87 kilos but there was fat there to loose My dexa scan said I was 13% BF at 89.6 kilos a bit over 3 months ago. In the last 3 months I have really lifted the intensity of my cardio sessions, like 2 or 3 ten k runs a week and plus some big sessions on the cross trainer and/or spin classes and I have put on 8 kilos of muscle. I am piping fit and for me I really think I would have do a heap of cardio before it cuts into my LBM.

What else are you running with your GH? I am about to start Prop, Tren , Win and Var. I also ordered some 176-191 GH frag and will give that a go. I just got into my second kit of serostim at 4iu's daily. I don't know why but I went up 6lbs? My waste size is the same if not smaller but my weight is up? all I am running is the GH..

In my 3+ months of GH use, I would say that you wont(almost cant) lose LBM while you are on it. I was doing a ton of cardio for the first 2 months and didnt lose a pound. However I did lose a bunch of body fat. My body weight remained steady for the whole time with the exception of the 2 weeks of bloating at the beginning.
I just started my Test cycle 3 weeks ago, so all bets are off on the weight/LBM thing now.

I am def going to up my cardio, I actually enjoy cardio for some reason lol
Skills how did you like the Frag? I been hearing good things about the newer 176 isolate.

I still have some left and may try it some time when I am not on a kitchen sink program. I did loose a lot of fat though. At best it may be slow and steady, not like PGCL where I could see the effects every few days or so. Will have to read up on the isolate. Thanks.

the recovery from GH even at 16iu ED isnt really that great IMO.. not anticatabolic like test is.. so no is my answer about lbm prevention but cardio is still based upon what ur diet and the intensity of the cardio itself.. imo GH is over rated and weak

Ok, I am so bloated!
Anybody have any tricks to get this bloat down? Should I back off on the IU's?
