Any place that sells acetic acid? Does it have to be reconstituted with acedic acid?

Depending on the source of your LR3, it will for the most part do its best in a slightly acetic environment, and 100mM Acetic Acid solution is a great way to achieve that. There are a few research outfits that sell Acetic Acid in various concentrations ... just pick one and also pick up some deionized water to cut it down to 0.6% Acetic Acid, 99.4% deionized water. That will get you really close to 100mM ... where you want to be.
