I've been on and off IGF for a couple of years now experimenting with dosages starting at 20 mcg a day and going up to about 50 mcg a day now. Honestly, my I had no results at 20 mcgs and up per day with the same diet. Now at 50 mcgs I'm starting to see the results. My body is not that sensitive to IGF-LR3.
What is the highest dosage I could take everyday that would still remain safe... is there any limit?
