    Started HGH - results so far and sum Q's

    Hi,

    2 weeks ago I started using Ansomone HGH.

    first, my stats -

    25yr old, 185lbs, 5'10", 31" waist, 46" chest,17" arms (All fairly approx)
    Training experience - 8/9yrs, 2 AAS cycles last one 1yr ago, the other not long before that one. Used test/deca /var/T3/ECA/Clen /T4/usual PCt stuff and over the counter supps.

    Anyway, seriously I was expecting nothing from my HGH for at least a couple of month. I knew there could be fat loss but nothing has really shown much diff in that area apart a long period of var/good diet/cardio! Anyway, after 1 week, and after having around 1-2months off training proprely and eating right, what I had gained on the stomach area has just gone! I now had my 6 pack back!

    Now, coming to the end of my second week, I can now see an 8 pack!

    I never expected such quick results, ever! My training since coming back from working in the US for 6 weeks has been perfect - although, even tho I know I should have time off, I havent had a day off training in 4 weeks! And, my sessions have been better than ever and sometimes Ive even trained twice in a day. So, it was only inevitable that I would become ill with over training and low and behold, yesterday and today Ive been really ill and seen my GP due to a viral infection!

    The one other thing that I did notice since starting this HGH is that although Ive slept great on the night, Im tired during the day still but, I want to be at the gym as much as possible! I think thats why Ive over trained, because that want to be at the gym just took over!

    My joints are definately a little sore, I generally have bad shoulders and right elbow which is one of the reasons for me starting the HGH (To help repair them). My time off training really helped but they seem to be appearing again - possibly, again due to over training!

    So that is it so far after 2 weeks, I love the stuff!

    Now that my results so far are out of the way, I have a few questions.

    I originally bought around 500ius of HGH expecting (After my original research on doses etc) to be able to stick to 4ius either EOD or 5on/2off.

    After further research, I realised that this doesnt seem to be enough. I only wanted to do the HGH to repair my injuries and lose a little fat at the same time as well as hopefully haveing a small increase in size (Which technically, would raise my genetic limits from my current weight to maybe 7lbs heavier). So, that is why I originally went so low.

    One other reason to contribute to that is, the source I use (And only one I have available - no PMS please!) it costs me (THIS IS NOT ALLOWED HERE -Gear) for the amount of HGH that I bought!

    So, I know I need to get more HGH if I want to continue @ 4ius per day.

    Oh, sorry I just realised I didnt even put my cycle above in the last post!

    Week 1 - 2ius per day
    week 2 - 4ius per day (mistakenly went straight to 4ius here!) didnt realise till a few days after! But, all seems ok so I will continue OK??

    After about 4days on the HGH I started using T4 on a night @ 150mcgs and will use this for 4weeks along with ECA. I also started IGF-LR3 at the same time so have been using that for 2weeks also. Dont notice anything from that that I can tell though??

    Right so my question is, bearing in mind the price I have to pay for the stuff, how much and how would you use it?? So far, 4ius seems to be working.

    Also, because I accidentally jumped up to 4ius from 2ius, would it be a good idea to drop down to maybe 3ius for a while??

    The 6 packer is back, that's something most of us don't have, well I certinly don't, well done.

    If you have just got back into training and eating properly, then I can assure you that your diet and training has a lot to do with why your a**ominal muscles decided to come back, so it's not just the GH. And because you have just started doing everything right again, at the start your body will always get results fast, then later down the track the gains slow down, so perhaps that's also why you are experiencing these gains so quick.

    The tiredness could be from the GH or over-training, not sure which one it is so that's something that's beyond my knowledge. As for your joints, well as you know that's def the GH.

    Overall, sounds good, keep us posted.

    I would not have a clue what the avg dose would be for recovery purposes. Bump this question for somebody else.

    Are you ok with going from 2IU to 4IU in 1 week? I would probably increase the dose by no more than 1IU, you never know how much your body needs, but if you are happy with your current program then stick with that I suppose.

    As for T4, I would say 100mcg would be enough per day.

    As for your GH dose, just go by how you feel. If you feel it ain't working for you, then up the dose, if you are happy then stay with the current dose, simple as that.

    You can drop down to 3IU at any time if you like, that's not an issue at all.

    Thats for your input Gear, and yes I agree, the quick results could maybe be because of just starting back too! Never really thought of that!

    Like I said, it was accidental jumping up to 4ius but I dont have any real problems (Providing this virul infection as my doc has diagnosed, isnt anything to do with the growth?!? Dont think so though eh?!) S0, I guess Ill just stay at 4ius.

    You mention the T4. I am only on 150mcg with my ECA as a fat burning stack but after 4 weeks I am going to drop to 75mcgs does that sound fine? I chose those figures because they come in 75mcg tabs!

    As for your T4 dose, I suppose 75mcg is ok. I am the kind of guy that has to get everything perfect, so I would take 1 tab, and another 1/4 of another tab lol, but that's just me, I am a pain when it comes to these things.

    Just thought I would add that today. My symptoms I had while I was ill were fever, aching joints, head aches, bloated badly and pain in my right hand side which I could only assume was my kidney. I did have back pain also but, I have had a stiff back for a while now and keep pulling it in the same place from doing nothing! I think I need a good sports massage in that muscle area! Anyway, I started some antibiotics and the next day woke up feeling a lot better - apart from now, I had a bad pain in the front part of my chest (Quite worrying). When I breathe in fairly heavily, it hurts, kinda of like a stitch you get from running but in my chest - mainly the left side around the pec. it felt like it was my ribs, or the muscles in that area. This lasted all day and didnt really get much better apart from a slight change with ibuprofen.

    I woke up this morning and the chest pains are pretty much gone. But, I am feeling so bloated my insides still feel funny with little pains everywhere. Im sure it must be just trapped wind so I have bought some tabs to help with that, I will see how it goes.

    I know being bloated is a side of growth but does all the above sound fairly normal?? Im only really on my second day of antibiotics and feel a lot better for it already. I had a blood test this morning to check my, well everything they can really but for me I want to know if theres anything going on in the kidney area cos this bloatedness is making me paranoid as I cant tell if its the kidney or just trapped wind!

    I'm not sure about your symptoms and what they could be from, but the best thing you can do is ensure you are under supervision of somebody qualafied, just to be sure.

    Just thought I would add that today, a few days after I started feeling ill, I feel a lot better today and ALMOST back to normal!

    I have had blood test results back yet thought but Im sure all will be fine.

    Joints are beginning to ache quite a bit especially on the morning when I wake up and my shoulders are a bit sore during my chest session (First day back at the gym since being ill).

    I reckon I could probably do with having a long break again to let my shoulders settle down! Its mainly at the fronts of the shoulder near the AC joint, or actually at the front AC joint. Thats where I had problems before with a slight tear.

    Started back on the T4 also and since being ill I stopped the ECA but I will begin that again tomorrow.

    Oh yeah I did have a question as well, again.

    I was wondering, the bloatedness and joint pains, is this temporary and just at the start or does it last right through the course? Im sure I read someones log that after a few weeks it goes but just want to clarify that.

    I dont know how much of this old man achiness I can take! lol

    I think you went to fast. Im a female and I started at 1 then after two weeks I went to 2, then another two weeks I went 2.5 , I was very very sleepy, tried to go to 3 but couldn't. I stayed at two and I had no joint pain at all.
    I did every other day to avoid bloat. Not that I know alot but you are young and your body should be producing enough GH perhaps that's why you got all those symptoms. I am a lot older then you and I am sure my body is not producing to much anymore.

    The sides will subside once you settle into a regular dose for awhile. I'm at 10iu's for weeks now now and my hands are still very swollen but the ctl symptoms aren't as bad and I don't feel so tired all the time. I find caffeine helps alot. Extra multivitamins help. My joints still ache sometimes. No one said it would be painless.

    im feeling back to normal I think today, didnt wake up as achey or bloated so hopefully the worst of it all was part of that virus I had.

    I just want to get to the gym all the time again now!

    Actually I'm just finishing it up. My before and after pics are in the picture forum. I started out at about 180 and right now I'm 205 around 6-8% BF.
