Gavin Kane lol. I would not take his advice if my life depended on it.

Stick to RB's protocols, you won't go wrong.

Yes, there are lots of info.
But it`s easier to ask than seaking thousands of posts

BTW, one question conserning IGF-1. Which one are better way, hit it ed for 5weeks on, then 4weeks of like RB:s protocol or hit only PWO 4weeks on, 4weeks of.

I always run it 4 weeks ON/OFF PWO only and have great results.

There's two things you can do to help someone's career:

    1. Say they're great
    2. Bash them

So...even if you don't like the guy, you've just helped him out .

I wish him nothing but the best, but I also know that the only thing that hurts a career is silence about it.

Are you talking from experience? I see many that bash you and your hard work, yet you're a successfull author. I'm not being sarcastic, I'm sure you agree with me, so you must be right.

As for Gavin, I don't wish bad upon anyone. If his advice is genuine/correct, then he deserves all the good he gets. However, after he was involved in something, I've lost all the respect for him and that's why I made the comment that I did.

Yes, I'm speaking from experience. 100%. I'm friends with A.L.Rea as well, and the same thing has applied to him. He's a very successful supplement designer and author as well.

As for the person you are talking about, I believe he was involved with scamming people for GH. But honestly, prior to that, he was a guy who had some very long posts that he mistook as "articles" which he posted all over the 'net. That's really all he has done thus far, and isn't really someone with a "career" in this industry. But as I said, the more you mention him by name, the closer you bring him to actually having one.
