ran out of bacteriostatic water, what to use in a pinch

hey, ran out of bac water, and need something today so i can order some more. can I just go to wal mart or wal greens or whatever and get sterile weater?? is that the same thing as saline?? and is there anywhere local that may sell bac water? let me know. thanks.

k i dont have a .22 micron filter on hand, but I can use distilled water alone as long as I use the vial soon. how long does it keep with just distilled water? i use a vial every day and a half. would it last that long, or be hurting the hormone.
