Over time Ive injected GH in almost every way, 5/2, eod, postwork only, preworkout only ect ect. Ive been using 3x dialy, when I wake up with shake, then right afterwork with shake then postworkout with my whole food meal. I was wondering, will raised IGF levels help shuttle nutrients like slin does? Honestly Ive been taking my prework-out shot to close to my pre training oat meal, maybe making myself insulin sensitive, my bf seems to be increasing gradually. Now back to my question, will taking gh when I take my shake or whole food meal help shuttle nutrients or should I try to isolate my shots more? Thanks
