    HGH, IGF, PGCL and Slin Protocol

    This is the 2nd cycle I have done using this protocol.....I have yet had anything work this well so I wanted to share the info and get some feed back.

    4:30am 5iu HGH
    8:30am 5iu hgh, 40mcgs PGCL
    9:30am 15mcgs IGF
    9:40am 5iu Humalog
    9:50am 60grams protein, 50grams mixed carbs very little fat

    PWO
    10iu HGH, 20min later 30mcgs IGF, 10 min later 10ius humalog
    60grams protein, 100grams mixed carbs
    1 hours later clean meal 60 protain, 50grams carbs (potato or rice) very little fat.

    6pm 15mcgs IGF, 5ius Humalog, clean meal 60grams protein, 50grams carbs (rice or potato) very little fat maybe 10grams from flax oil or all natural peanut butter.

    I use PGCL every morning everthing else is EOD for 4 weeks then 2 weeks off.

    I'm 5'6" @ 220 super lean and 9 weeks out form my bodybuilding contest I'll post pix soon Thanks BIGJAY

    Let me get the numbers down before I comment.

    You're doing 20iu of hGH, 60mcg LR3 and 20iu SLin EOD and 40mcg of PGCL daily correct?

    Thats correct also doing T-3 30mcgs per day and 4mgs albuterol 4 x's per day. Again I'm going to post pix in the next few days....BIGJAY

    Well, you said this is by far the best stack you've ever taken so its hard to say switch it up.

    Taknig 20iu of hGH EOD is a bit high but that will obviously depend on your age and cycling experience. It's really only like taking 10iu ED, respectively, and I have done that with I"m sure many more.

    I like the PGCL dose. I"m about to start back up this week and was running 100mcg daily split up in 2 doses and it worked great.

    The only thing I woudl change would be the Slin and LR3 protcol. I have ran them both numerous times and always felt that taking 1 for 4 weeks following with 4 weeks of the other was best.........for me. I prefer to keep a constant nutrient shuttler in my system at all times rather then doing 4 weeks at a time of both then needing to take the same amount of time off. Do you cycle then or do you just continue throughout your entire cycle? Some people do, it's not rare.

    Just be careful with all that Slin, 20iu is a lot. I know the pros do at least that much and theres always justification. There also isnt any studies or facts that I or I'm sure anyone else can pull up stating differently. The problem is long term health factors.

    I love slin, run it all the time. Never went over 10iu and dont plan on it. If this works for you Jay keep it up and just be safe dude. Check your BG levels every once in a while and it wouldnt hurt to get some BW and see where you IGF levels are. I"m getting mine tested this week.

    This is something new for me......I was running 4-6ius HGH for the longest time 2 years + .......worked well for a while but not enough....so I did some research and came up with this protocol.......Now for AAS I like to plan that around my contests....I keep it basic Sustanon 375mg eod and Deca 300mg twice per week....I might do this for 10 weeks and with in that time I mess around with HGH, IGF, and slin. When I get around 8 weeks out for the show I stop the IGF and Slin. At this point I switch to 100-200mg Test prop eod,Tren 75mg eod, Winny 50mgs ed, T-3 and clen .... I will continue this right up to the week of the show then cut out the TEST. After the show I will take HCG 500ius per day untill I have done 10,000ius and tamox 20mg ed, plus anavar 30mg to help keep gains for HGH at this time 3iu's 3 times per week for about 6 weeks. Then it's time to start again Thanks BigJay

    A lot of what you have to say is similar to my protocols. I too like to trial and error different compounds in order to see what works best for me.

    It's a must for precontest...........but be close to the restroom!!!!!!!! This stuff keeps you lean even if your diet isn't 100%.
