I usually workout at 5:30 am, then as soon as I get home at around 6:45 I take a meal replacement with a cup of oatmeal. Would it be best to take my HGH shot before my morning workout, or wait an hour after my first meal?

I would take it before my workout, simply to fight any lethargy.
