I wouldn't worry about fat gain when using LR3. I have my shot PWO, then have a shake with some carbs in it, then have dinner later on that consists of carbs/protein. But that's my regular protocol anyway even when I'm not using LR3. Never had any dramas this way.

^^^^^^^Me neither. The shuttling properties arent as great with the LR3 so you really dont have to worry about fat storage.
Dont have go overboard with the carbs either. Hypoglycemic sides are to be watched for but arent common at all. My PWO shake consists of about 50g Carbs with 100mcg LR3. Give or take of course..
Yes you do. You can go hypo if your not getting enough carbs. It's not as bad as slin but it can be bad. Why take if your not going to eat ? It's not hard to get right. Eat a cup of yogurt following the administration. drink a protein shake then eat a low fat meal in the next hour. Easy and meat pie...J/k
