eating after injecting... or before ?

I just injected my first shot of hgh.... I haven't had breakfast yet but read somewhere about not eating before or after or something... When should I eat? 1 hour after the injection? 1 hour before the injection? also I used a slin pin, should that be pushed all the way in straight in? or should it be pushed part way in? or should I angle it when injecting? One last question is I'm taking winstrol tabs 10mg/tab.... can someone tell me the best times to take these 3 times a day? Thanks for your help!

i'm 6'2", 205 lbs 20% bf which is a guess... I was out of the scene for a while... back at it now and focussed on my diet as well as my cardio/weight training. I have had about 4-5 cycles total. My first cycle was dbol only.... wow what a mistake.. have done deca, test, winny, etc.. I'm 27 y/o Let me know if there is anything I left out.. I know people will probably say to not do anything until my bf% is lower but I have already started.... I'm motivated and determined to get the results I have been wanting.. Thanks in advance for any help!

bro...everyone is here to help eachother out, but you gotta do a little research before asking all these questions as they have been answered literally hundreds of times

1) ideally you want to inject on a relatively empty stomach and not eat any carbs for about an hour after....easiest method is usually wake up & inject, then just avoid carbs for at least half hour or so...

2) assuming your slin pin is 1/2" long, yes push all the way at a 90 degree angle to the fold of skin you pinched

3) like any oral, IMO split it evenly throughout the day due to its short half life....take a dose at breakfast lunch and dinner if you want, exact times are not critical, but try to keep it fairly evenly spaced out
