    GH Newbie

    Morning all.

After doing quite a bit of research (mainly from this site), I think I'm going to run a course of HGH.

I'm 24 years old, 6ft3 and weigh around 90kg and am around 15%bf. I have been training for around two years and started out at 85kg with 22% BF.

Before I start this course I'm going to see my GP and make sure that my Growth plates have closed and that I dont have any unwanted tumors.

One of the main reasons for choosing HGH is that it seems to have less side effects than most and that its a naturally occurring hormone.

I hope to achieve lean muscle and loose some of my a**omen fat during the cycle.

The plan is to start at 2IU's per day for the first week - injecting at 5AM each morning (Breakfast at 6AM), then up the amount by 1IU per week until I reach 5IU's per day (3IU's at 5AM and 2IU's at 10PM). I'm hoping this would be enough to see significant gains. The course will run for 5 months starting in September.

I would like to start a log on this site to chart my progress and any advise and knowledge from past or present users would be greatly received.

    Thanks

Even though you are 24, I would still advise to wait a few more years before using GH. However, I am sure if you do everything properly you will get good gains and hopefully minimum side effects.

You will certainley get both muscle gains and fat loss from HGH, no question about it.

Your starting dose is good, however, I would stay on one dose for more than one week before increasing the dose, and only increase the dose if necessary.

If you are having 2 shots per day, the AM dose is fine, but I would change the before bed shot to early afternoon, around 2pm is ok.

    Good luck.

Thanks Gear you're comments are welcome.

I was concerned about starting before 30 but I know people from my gym who are a couple of years younger than me that have cycled it and seen good gains.

How long would you stay on 2IU's for? A month? two weeks?

The reason for shooting before bed is due to my unusual work patterns... Would it be ok to shoot 5IU's at once?

Sorry for all the questions and thanks in advance.

Stay at 2IU for a month, and then start to increase the dose with 1IU per week, until your desired dose is reached. This way you can avoid sides like joint-pain and CTS, so dont rush it...

You can take the whole dose at once(I would prefer to split it up in 2 injections daily though) whatever you do, yust use the same dosing schedule, whetever is it 1 or 2 pins a/day, from the beginning to make your body adyust to it.

As vitor said, increase the dose slowly, the sides should be milder.

Pro bbers take up to 30IU per day and I have no idea how many shots they would have but I'm sure their single doses would be over 5IU. If they can do it I'm sure you can, but if you can split the 5IU into 2 doses, then do that.

    Good luck.

Nice to see someone actually do their own research for a change. You seem to have your shit together. Good luck with the GH bro. Keep us posted.

Thanks for the help guys its all appreciated.

I have tried doing my own research in the gym chatting to guys etc and using the search feature on here.

Just nice to have a couple of things cleared up I wasn't sure about.

Will be seeing my GP this week and checking everything is in place for me to start my course. Will start a thread up then charting my progress so that you guys can critique.

    Cheers

The search button is your best friend. It's important to do as much reading as possible and try to gather in a general concensus on a subject and not just one guys opinion. There are waaaay too many parrots here that will just repeat what they hear and eventually the wrong information becomes common thinking. It's also important to remember that AR is not the end all be all of information. I find it beneficial to spend time on other boards to see what is being done elsewhere. Sometimes you read interesting new ideas or you may just hear something that reinforces what you already know to be common knowledge.

imo too early for gh. 90kg and 15%bf and too young. u wont see the benefits like older gh user. gh is no big muscle builder so I d try test only for the first cycle. also a natural occuring hormone and much cheaper, more effective...

Appreciate the input guys. Couple of things have put me off test - a) I used to suffer with acne as a teen and I really don't wanna end up back there again! b) I don't wanna go bald and c) I know its very effective at building muscle, but what happens once you come off it? Surely you must loose a lot of the gains?

    a) its true, acne is a somewhat common occurance with test....however it varies from person to person as far as severity....some get minor to nothing at all, some only get it during PCT, whiles others get it pretty bad throughout cycle. plus it can be controlled by frequent showers and OTC creams

    b) are you prone to MPB? if not, you should be fine. there are tons of steroid users who dont lose a single hair on any cycle just because they are not prone to MPB and do not have an existing case of it.

    c) yes you do build quality muscle...and with the right PCT (post cycle therapy), diet, and training you will be able to maintain a significant percentage of your gains...if you put on 20lbs in 10 weeks and are able to hold onto 15 lbs after PCT, thats a job well done and im sure you wont complain

do some research, plenty of great info on this board....best of luck

I've done plenty of cycles using test and at 36 I still have a full head of thick brown hair. My average weight off cycle used to be around 170 when I was in my twenties. Now I'm 210 on and about 195 off cycle at around 8% BF. As far as acne goes, it seems some people are more prone to it than others. I've never had much of a problem other than some pimples when I come off.

Wow, did I post this in my sleep? Everything you posted about yourself applies to me; age, height, desire to start HGH, etc...

I hope to give it a shot starting in mid-October. I'm 24, but I'm recovering from ACL surgery (a year ago) and also going to be training for a marathon. I think I'll try to work my way up to 5iu after a few weeks and see how that works for the remaining months.

Anyways, good luck and keep us posted. I'll do the same once I can find a quality supply and start up.
