I read the Guide to HGH
I read it and am appreciative for the info. I am looking forward to using HGH in the future. I have canned this section and searched (some, but not extensively) looking for a "this is how to cycle GH" and "this is what to take with it" (ie slin, igf-1, etc).. I would be interested in seeing what a full cycle would be for a 210 man
do you just use hgh for your first cycle or is it okk to start the first cycle of GH and include IGF-1 and/or slin?

HGH is a little bit more complicated than other compounds we use. When it comes to HGH, doses depends on your age and what you want achieve.
As for IGF and insulin , once again it really depends on what gains you're after. All these additional compounds will create additional benefits, however, it doesn't mean using GH on its own is useless.
I'm glad to see you're doing some research before use. These drugs are not to be taken lightly, especially insulin.
Good luck.

fat loss and muscle gain.. so 5-7 IU/day 5 on 2 off regimen after ramping up from 2IU/day and slowly increasing it... I have half the GH I need and none of the ancilliaries. I have test to run along with it but am trying to set up a proper cycle for at least 4-6 months with about a 10 week aas cycle in the middle of it. I weigh 205 and I think I'd be really happy at 220-230 in the sub 10%BF range. Also, since I am recovering from back surgery (7-8 months ago) I am interested in the healing properties of GH as well.
anybody care to recommend what other things should be run with the GH to provide maximum bang/buck?

I would probably start of on a lower dose, perhaps 2 - 3IU per day is a good start and then increase the dosage if necessary. 5 - 7IU should certainly bring some muscle gains. GH can be good for healing, no question about that, but it all depends on your injury and how bad it was etc. Do keep in mind that everyone is different.
I would add some T4 and insulin . However, I would do as much research as possible before using any of these compounds as miss-use can lead to some nasty side effects.
GH/test/insulin/T4 is a good combination if you are after muscle gains. You are more than likely to experience some fat loss too.
Good luck.

I mentioned that I would be starting with 2 IU/day and ramping up, just as you suggested... My question is this, how do I know how much and when to dose the T4 and the Insulin ? I have been reading up on GH but still working on the slin and now will add T4 to the reading list. If you happen to have the shorthand version of the info I seek that would be appreciated as it would save me some time and THANKS A LOT for all your help thus far. You are a true resource to this board!
