I would probably start of on a lower dose, perhaps 2 - 3IU per day is a good start and then increase the dosage if necessary. 5 - 7IU should certainly bring some muscle gains. GH can be good for healing, no question about that, but it all depends on your injury and how bad it was etc. Do keep in mind that everyone is different.
I would add some T4 and insulin. However, I would do as much research as possible before using any of these compounds as miss-use can lead to some nasty side effects.
GH/test/insulin/T4 is a good combination if you are after muscle gains. You are more than likely to experience some fat loss too.
