    Inject time...

Im running 10is per day, One 5iu injection at 9am and one at 6pm... I choose those times out of convience. I am about 4 months in and I thought I would have better results, Im hoping they are coming... The question should I split up my dose or change my injection time.. I see some guys are up in the middle of the night to do it,,,??? Help

A dose in the AM is a good time, no question about that. A dose at 6pm is fine also but ensure you avoid carbs around injection time. You can try and take GH more times in the day at smaller doses but I don't think it will make any difference.

Getting up in the middle of the night and having a shot is a good idea.

    What GH are you using?

The issues with consuming carbohydrates around the same time you have your HGH injection is that the HGH will interfere with your body while it tries to uptake glucose. This is why we recomend to avoid consuming carbs at least and hour before and after a HGH injection.

I am not excatly sure how much you have gained from HGH, but perhaps your expectations are too high? HGH is the kind of drug that takes a while to work, so it will take a while to notice gains. If you have been using it for 4 months then you defenitely should have noticed fat loss benefits by now.

I am not sure if you are using HGH alone or with something else but if you are using it alone, then muscle gains can really take a while to show up. I highly believe this kind of drug is supposed to be used for a long time to see proper results.

What kind of HGH are you using and have you experienced any side effects or any other effects?
