    cycle of hgh

I have done a cycle of test e\winny, with gains that were not really worth it.
i am looking into hgh, what would a reasonable cycle look like, to get seriously cut, and get bigger?
    I am 21 215 pounds 5 feet 8 inches
I have been training hard, my max bench is 375 now, and i have been off cycle for months.

I am looking to do a 6 month cycle of hgh.
please help. and ideas on what a cycle for me should look like\how many kits i would need?

I am sure you have heard this before, but at your age I would take advantage of your natural abilities. Also, it would be wise to see your doc and check if your growth plates have fused. Before I go on, what I just wrote is something you should have a good think about.

Getting lean and gaining muscle is very hard to accomplish when using other drugs, but with HGH, it's possible. I would start on a lower dose such as 3IU p/day and increase the dose if necessary. Most users are happy when using 5 - 6IU per day but everyone is different.

You can take GH ED, 6/1 or 5/2. Recently a lot of users are starting to use higher doses EOD. For more info do a bit of research on using HGH EOD. If I were you, I would probably stick to a 5/2 routine.

As for HGH kits, you can get all different kind of kits, it all depends on the manufacturer.

Good luck, but do have a good hard think about the first thing I wrote.

At your age, your chances of growing taller from HGH are pretty slim. Patients who take GH as treatment for short-stature usually start taking HGH at a much younger age.

    ED - Every day
    EOD - Every Other Day
    6/1 - 6 days ON, 1 day OFF
    5/2 - 5 days ON, 2 days OFF

    would you recomend ramping so...
1 iu per day week 1
2 iu per day week 2
3 iu per day week 3
spending maybe 4 weeks there then evaluate ramping again
4 iu per day for a week
maxing at 5 or 6 then ramp down at end of 6 months?

When it comes to increasing the dose, everyone is different. Some will increase the dose each week by an IU till they reach desired dosage. Some will increase the dose every 2 weeks. There is no right and wrong when it comes to increasing the dose. You can increase the dose every month if you like, nothing wrong with that.

What you suggested is fine. Remember, just because someone suggests a certain dosage, it doesn't necessaraly mean that dose will suit you. Go by how you feel, only change the dose if necessary.

Usually fat loss benefits arrive before muscle gains. I have experienced fat loss benefits about 8 weeks into the cycle, but everyone is different. It's not only the GH that counts, it's your diet, training and genetics that play a huge role when it comes to fat loss.

The hands numbness is a very common HGH side effect. I suppose you could say you are using the real deal if you are experiencing sides as such.
