    hgh and t3

    im going to start my bulking cycle in about two weeks. it will consist of dbol , test and deca . im am on hgh and frag right now. though i will stop the frag tomorrow and wait to start it back when i start my cycle or maybe for the end of my cycle. the hgh i will be running for a while, 6 months at least probably a year. but i just started it 7-8 days ago. i have gotten down to 13% body fat, witch is the lowest ive ever been. i know now that im about to start bulking my diet has to change, i just really dont want to get fat again. my question is one do you think the hgh will help me not gain so much fat and do you think i should add some t3 or t4 to help with this also. i didnt want to run t3 without aas because i didnt want to lose muscle but with aas this should be ok right.

    The HGH will always give you fat loss benefits wether you're bulking or cutting, but the most important thing to think about is your diet. What you eat is what you look like. If you eat well you will look and be well, if you eat crap you are more than likely not to look or feel very good.

    I would defenitely add some T4 if you are using HGH and are worried about fat gain, but like I said I would concentrate on what you eat more than anything else. The problem these days is that everybody asks too many questions about drugs and not enough about their diet. Your diet is the key, not the drugs you are using.

    You won't necessaraly loose muscle if you use T3, it really depends on the user, their genetics and once again the diet. If used properly you won't loose muscle if any at all.

    im about to hit the diet forum up and look at bulking diets. i dont eat many carbs at all right now. mostly only pwo, i have a poweraid and shake then i got home and eat dinner witch dont have many carbs. and sometimes ill have a wheat bread subway for lunch, other than that i pretty much just eat meat and peanuts. and veggies i love veggies. i know with bulking you want more carbs so ive need to learn what to eat.

    YES, diet is everything bro. you should be able to put good weight on just by eating, anabolics just add to it

    i am very strict with my diet. i have beaten in to my head what to eat the last 8 months for cutting. the only problem i think i will have is getting myself to eat more carbs. ive been reading alot in the diet forums so believe ill be fine.

    I would highly recommend that you slowly ease yourself into higher carb levels. You need carbs to build muscle, but you also need to determine how your body is going to react.

    thats what im worried about. i get fat easily with carbs.

    It's all about the amounts you consume and what time you consume these amounts. This is why the diet forum is very important.
