what would be good to take with igf-1 r3?
This is my first time taking it and am not sure what I should use with it to benefit me the most?

There are many avenues you could take on from here. It really comes down to what you want to achieve so why don't we start with that.

I had to take a couple of months off from working out and am currently around 170lbs at 5'8. When working out regularly I check in at 175. I would like to weigh and stay around 185. I'm fairly lean but would like to be in 6 pack shape. Due to my short height I think a very cut 185 would be ideal. I would just like to get the most out of my cycle.

IGF-1LR3 may stack on a few pounds, but if you are after weight gain you are better of using AAS or stacking AAS with IGF-1LR3.

I had plans to stack it but wasn't sure what was best to use for what I am trying to achieve.

You could go with 500mg of test E p/week for about 12 weeks, and about 35mg of dbol p/day for the first 4 weeks. That's a nice beginners cycle. If you would like to add IGF then you can run this compound 4 weeks ON/OFF and position it anywhere you like in your AAS cycle. Maybe at the start of your cycle as well as through PCT.
You should get some nice strength/size gains from that.
