i think you can just do bi's for all muscles groups and it still works.
i also do 2 body parts on certain days and when taking igf i train the smaller muscle group last and inject them.Originally Posted by jayanticoli

If you can reach your lats you can always inject there.

After my first week, I've only done shoulders, I'm gonna try triceps next shot... it's only been one week and I'm already getting compliments from friends that haven't seen me in a while telling me I'm getting a lot bigger, so it must be working. Thanks to the guys on the board for their advice.
I did biceps my whole MGF cycle and loved the results.
I would stick with just doing the biceps, I think the most important thing is to make sure you are injecting an area with a very low BF%.Originally Posted by Gear

Yes, you are correct. But some pople want to inject in other places (for whavetr reason), and if that's the case then as long as you don't have too much fat around the lat area, you should have no problems injecting there.Originally Posted by catabolic kid
