HGH year round

If one does HGH (2IU) 5 x week, is it ok to stay on it year round? Or is it best to cycle, and if so what is a good cycle? Thanks!

Yes, 2IU 5 x week. Goals to stay lean, energy, .....39 yrs old female, about 12% BF

You may get sides at that dose,many females do 2iu every other day lots find it better.Less sides,less injections and would produce the golas your looking for.The end of the day I see no problem in what your doing,best to have two months break in the year.

Beware of fakes due to the China/global situation.

Lots of people rate blues and have had good results, personally I prefer Jin.

personally i think that dose year round is fine. i would just make sure not to take the 2 off days in a row... take off Wed./Sun. for example.

why is this?? ive always been led to believe 5 on then weekend off!!

to help maintain levels due to fast half life... you really should take at least one day off to eliminate the potential of natural shutdown. i just personal feel that 2 days off in a row is too long between shots...

keep in mind I'm not saying your idea is wrong I just personally wouldn't do it that way.

I agree with this.

The best is 6 on 1 off for 8 months per year.This is what I do.
