new cycle

just got my new cycle of igf....i reconstituted with a friend that has done it before...but now sotrage??? where is a safe place to keep it does it absolutley have to be in the fridge???

Best place for it is in the fridge, especially once reconstituted.

do i sacrafice results if i cant sore it in a fridge??? and do i only inject on work out days?

Once reconstituted it would be best to keep it refridgirated. It will still be ok at room temp, but not for long, I really wouldn't take that risk.

You can take it on training days as well as off days.

since this is your 1st time using igf i'd take 50mcg's 5 days a wk. 1mg will last you 4 wks
