Hgh And T4

I am itend to begin a hgh cycle at 5iu per day 6/1 for 10 months and i was advised to use T4 to this cycle.
What do you think it will be suficiant amount and also i must cycle T4 or not during my hgh cycle. My stats are 185cm height 97Kgr weight 10% fat.
