    GH and T4 timing??????????

    I have a few questions

First I have been on GH (5 IU’s a day, 5 on 2 off) and T4 (100 mcg ED) for six months and things are working great. I am getting stronger and leaner, packing on quality muscle. I plan on finishing the cycle in six months (A year total on GH and T4). My first question is will it mess up my thyroid if I stay on T4 at 100 mcg ED for a year?

Second question has to do with the timing of my GH shot. Currently I am waking up around 3-4 am (depending on when what time in the am I train) and taking my 1st GH shot. I go back to bed for a few hours then hit the gym. When I wake up to hit the gym I slam a Muscle Milk protein shake which has 12 g of carbs and 6 g of sugar, and hit the gym a half an hour later. While I am working out I drink Xyience NOX-CG3 which has 5.5 grams of carbs and 1 gram of sugar. Do I have enough time in between my first GH shot and my first carb/sugar intake of the day to not screw up the GH intake?

    Thanks

It's hard to say what will happen to your thyroid at that dose, but I have used T4 for extended periods of time and never had an issue. Everyone is different though, so don't quote me.

A shot upon waking up would be your best bet as that's when your body is less likely to produce it's own HGH, so I would defenitely have a shot upon waking up.

I try and keep my carbs and HGH about 1hr apart.

Thanks for the info gear. In your experience, what is an extended period of time on T4?

9 months for me. I ran it at 100mcg for 7 months, then I was running out and had to cut down to 50mcg p/day for the last 2 months out of the 9 months.

Isn't the majority of gh release within the first few hours of sleep? So how much gh release is being blunted in the early morning if you inject let's say: 2 hours before you wanna wakeup. I ask because I naturally get up to pee and inject at three in the morning, then sleep till five

Great question, and I think many users should ask this question more often. HGH dose timing is very important in order to achieve maximum benefits.

    So here it goes...

Your body releases about 8 - 10 natural HGH pulses per day releasing the most powerfull pulse while you're asleep. The rest of the pulses are released throughout the day. So we know that 1 pulse out of the 8 to 10 daily pulses is defenitely released while we are sleeping, but it would be hard to accurately measure when the rest of the pulses are released.

When you exercise, your body "can" release its own HGH, so I guess we would have to be careful having HGH around training time as a pre workout dose can interfere with your natural release while training if your body was to produce its own HGH while training.

An AM shot upon waking up (or a bathroom break in the middle of the night) would be the best time to take HGH as that's the time when your body is less than likely to produce its own HGH because it had already released it's main spurt while you were asleep.

I guess what we need to know is not to interfere with our natural production and therefore avoid having HGH around times when your body may produce its own HGH.

    Gear,
When you wake in the am for your GH shot should you also take your T4 dose then or should you take it throughout the day?
