    igf and hgh

    can anyone give me the run down on igf and hgh because i have no idea on these with regards to how much comes for a typical cycle how its mixed etc etc im asking as i am possibly gonna use these to bridge with thanks

    so 2.5-3iu of hgh is good to take ed whilst bridging the only thing im alittle confused with after reading up about it is how to mix and how to measure the stuff im sorry for sounding thick but ive read up about it and still none the wiser
