How to reconstitute PegMGF? Help!

Hello,

I did some research but cannot find a step by step instruction on mixing PMGF. There is plenty of detail info on IGF

Here is what I have
1. 1/2cc slin pins
2. 2mg vial of PegMGF (powder form)
3. 0.9% NaCL solution also in a vial

I want to inject approx 500mcg - 600mcg every week (E3D protocol)

Can some help me in telling how do I mix the above?
How much quantity of Nacl should I use to mix the PMGF?
After the mixing each line on the 1/2cc pin will account for how many mcg of PMGF? I am using 1/2cc because it makes it easier to measure the IGF mcgs.
