If you are diabetic, I would not play around with insulin . Also, if you are into MMA, I don't see insulin being beneficial in that field.
Fat is easily gained when insulin is active due to insulins such powerfull nutrient shuttling properties, that's why we must ensure to consume minimum fats while slin is active. I wouldn't bother with fat burners. If you have your diet in tact, no need for fat burners.
Please got o "one on one" forum and discuss your PM issue there.

when u say i should watch my fat intake should i just watch my fat intake or my calories? and with the mma stuff sory i didnt mean gains as in size i meant as strength ( i should of explained my self better)on anabolic review i read that insulin does help u gain stregth but had bad side effect's and i figured since i know how to combat the side effect i might be able to work out how to turn my disadvantage to my advantage

That's the thing about insulin , it really doesn't deliver strength gains, so that's why I said it wouldn't be very beneficial in your case. You see, insulin has powerful nutrient shuttling properties therefore it will enhance the recovery processs, but that's about it. Size, strength and weight gains are almost non-existant with insulin. A few have said they get really good size etc gains from insulin, but I still to this day wonder how that is, but then again each to their own.
As for insulin and fat intake, if you are worried about fat gain then you must ensure no fats are consumed while insulin is active. Anything you consume while slin is active will be shuttled into cells, so that's why we want to keep the fats absent in this case.
I really wouldn't recomend using insulin if you are diabetic. You're BG levels already have to be controlled by the use of insulin, so having more insulin can only complicate things plus insulin wouldn't be beneficial in your case anyway. It's not worth it IMO.

Yes we all love the fats indeed. Also, if you are after fat loss, then you have more of a reason not to use insulin because fat storage chances increase significantly when insulin is in the picture.
Good luck with your fight, don't smash too many heads.
