    GH & Test (x post)

GH newbie. 40 years old and a competive endurance athlete and BB workout junkie...strange combo I know.

Anyhow, my goals are to keep my strength and size, while still training and competing in endurance sports. I generally race as a "Clydesdale", which means I maintain a body weight just slightly over 200 lbs.

I have experimented with winny & andiol cycles in the past and these were good...not too much weight gain, but no loss of muscle, size, strength.

However, injuries and over training are becoming an issue. I weight train 3 days week, and endurance work 3-4x week.

So...thinking of GH (2IU/DAY) and perhaps a supplement of test (not sure what).

Are then any other athletes like me out there? All ideas and suggestions welcome. Thanks

I'm sure there is going to be a lot more of us around the more benefits out way the side effects. If you don't get tested check into Deca, but you will test positive for 18months.Other wise testprop low doses of each should work fine.(no more than 300mgper week)always pyramid even with post cycle treatment. You won't have such a drop in your training.Your gh does should be 3-4iu/day(I think gear would agree)oh yeah quit f@#$ing running!Your will cut your injuries out completely.Bike or swim not all three.Good luck

If your major concern is strength and size, then HGH + test would be your best option. HGH will slowly increase the number of cells while giving you healing benefits, and the test will bring the size and strength gains.

At your age, you wouldn't need much test or HGH. I would say start on 2IU and see how you feel, and as for the test, there are a few different kinds of tests you can take but they generally bring the same type of benefits. Some act fast some are long lasting. I would say start on about 300 - 400mg of test p/week and that should really be enough for what you want to achieve.

    Adjust doses if necessary.

    supplement advice

Good on the GH and Test, but what about your diet. Are you getting enough water and protein to rejuivenate. You sure aren't giving recoopertion time during the week so you need to pack in the protein. Also at your age think about something to take that is a precursor to synovium (joint lubricant). I have never seen good research on glucosamine chondroitin, but it wouldn't hurt to try it. Good vitamins and antioxidants are also a must at our age and I'm 31 so.....

Bellmk...you are so right. Its funny how easy it is to break muscle down & beat the crap out of yourself, but yet so hard to properly diet and rest so progress can be made.

As conterintuitive as this may sound, I like chasing that "high" and the resulting endorphins even when it is at the expense of my fitness, size, strength.

I need to break this bad habit, and joining this board is part of my treatment. Thanks for emphasizing it!
