Help w/ slin/ifg-1
i'm gettin ready to start my next cycle up...i'm not new to anabolics, but i am a newbie when it comes to slin and igf-1...i'm wanting to run it only on workout days...could you recommend dosing and any advice on how, when, and easiest way to use it? i've also heard to use slin for 4-5 weeks, then run igf-1 4-5 weeks alternating...any help is appreciated

You can alternate the two as ricker suggested but you can also run them at the same time. If you do run these two compounds at the same time, have in mind that both insulin and IGF effect your blood glucose, so you may feel a bit hypo at times so I'd defenitely carry some kind of simple carbs on you like dextrose tabs or a can of coke (not diet coke). I have ran IGF and slin at the same time and got great gains, but since you're a first-timer I suggest you start with alternating between the two.
I'd take IGF at 40mcg PWO IM. I usually shoot it in my bis as it is a convinient place to inject but some like to inject in the muscle they just trained. Do this for about 4 weeks and see how you go. If you feel 40mcg isn't doing much I suggest you increase to 50mcg PWO and see how you feel then but generally users are happy when using between 60 - 80mcg. There should be no reason to breach those doses especially if you're a first-timer.
As for insulin, insulin is a little bit more complicated. If you have researched how to use insulin then I don't have to run you through the "do & don'ts", but just ensure that your body always has enough carbs to fight hypo, and always ensure you have carbs on hand incase of hypo. Run it for 4 weeks ON/OFF like IGF and inject it IM PWO only. Starting dose would be about 5IU PWO and increase the dose by 1IU every workout til you get to 10IU. Once on 10IU there is no need to take anymore.
I suggest you know all the in and outs before using any of these compounds.

Alright gear, i really appreciate the help...with the igf-1 what i read says it works great for rebuilding and repairing tendons/ligaments and things like that..im running a test/eq/tren ace/halo cycle...with the halo im gonna try to put on as much strength as possible, so i was thinking to run the igf along side that, to help w/ joints and everything from handling such heavy weights...what's your opinion of that?

IGF along side halo is a great idea, you should get maximum strength gains out of that.

I really appreciate all the advice gear...you've helped me a lot...i definately need to just read more on the stickies w/ slin, but i'm going to attempt it after i run the igf...basically what i'm getting as an overall concept is i need to cut out a lot more of any junk food or things w/ a lotta sugar, and just keep some simple sugars on hand, such as a candy bar or just a regular pop...this correct?

Cutting out out all the junk food is the key in any case. As for keeping simple sugars on hand, ensure you keep foods/drinks on you which contain lots of sugar in them but no fats like coca-cola (not diet coke), dextrose tabs or an energy drink (gatorade etc). IGF and insulin both have the ability to push nutrients into cells, so you want to make sure you consume minimum fats while using these compounds especially insulin.

alright...when i say junk food, i dont mean i eat it non-stop, but i'm a contractor, so i grab a quick candy bar during work and things like that at times, and for breakfast, i'll drink my protein shake and eat a snack cake w/ it...once again thanks for the info

Yeah, once i start, i planned on cutting out what i do...and just keep the simple sugars on hand for safety...
