    Sides part II

My numbness is almost gone when cutting from 4 iu's/day to 3 iu's/day but my joints reminds me of sand in the engine.

The sound from my joints are similar to stepping on cereals and i can't straighten two of my fingers after 19.00 at night.

Everything hurts when warming up at the gym but then fade away as time goes.

Maybe it's time for me to quit my jin-cycle, sad but true.

If anyone (Gear?) has any tip i will be glad to try it before quiting.

    Btw, i've got something new today ''Hyper...pin'' , it's the new Jin...pin.
    Can't use it,Ironi or what?

    Regards, Bjj

Dont quit imo, the pain will subside...

Go down to only 1iu a/day now, and slowly increase once the joint-pain disepears.

Yes i'm splitting it over 2 times.
The sides came after 4 month (numbness) and now (soon 5 month) it's the joints turn to speak.

Some people are extra sensetive to side effects and perhaps you are one of them. This isn't such a bad thing, it just means you can't use as much which will save you $$$ down the track.

I am not sure what dose you started on, but I don't believe you should quit all together, cut back to 2IU p/day and run at that dose for 2 weeks and see how you feel. When it comes to increasing the dose, increase the dose by .5IU at a time and I suggest you stay on one dose for no less than 2 weeks. If you are extra sensetive to HGH, you have to stay on the same dose for a while so your body can get used to it. If you increase the dose frequently, it can cause a shock as your body isn't used to it and the out come is side effects.

I'd just take it nice and easy, no rush.

    Good luck.

I just don't understand why GH affects some people's joints like that when it is supposed to have a complete opposite healing and strengthening effect...

Because we use too much of it. Do you know the medical required doses? They are much lower than what we use. Even 2IU is on the high side, but when we look at it it's a low dose. So when we inject 4IU (which is a high dose for medical purposes but a low dose in the bbing world) our body will react to that in some way, and usually it will create side effects as such. I bet if you started on a really low dose and stayed on a low dose you would not experience sides as such and would still get benefits.

HGH doses for medical reasons and HGH doses for bbing reasons are two different things. Most of us follow the bbing doses and that's why we experience the sides that we do.

Thanks for chiming in for me Gear(again). It makes sense..but I have got nagging tendonitis in multiple areas and was gonna take 3 ius per day of Saizen(which is supposed to be a strong brand)..and I just hope it does not do my joints that way.

    Good thread

Thanks gear. I was wondering why it would do that. Could you elaborate and give us any insight as to how? Does it just make you feel like your joints are dry or do you actually get low on joint fluid (hyaluronic acid)? Would drinking more water help? Doesn't sound like it if 2iu is way more than the recomended medical dose.

    Thanx again Gear and guys.

    I will cut back to 2 iu's ed, 5on 2off. Split to 1iu morning 1iu afternoon för 2 weeks.

The Q from bellmk858 has kept me awake for a while. Do you know why it hurts so bad (joints)? I hope that it isn't what it feels like (growth). I've also thought about if water will help and i will start increase today.

    Can om.ga 3 help? Glutamin?Creatin?Taurin?

You will certainly feel like your joints are dry. Your joints will crackle and sound/feel like you just stood on a bunch of dry leafs. It's very common for users to get out of bed in the morning and not be able to clench their fists. These are common HGH side effects.

On the other hand, you can also experience water retention to the point where you won't be able to put your wedding ring on or take it off. Everyone is different when it comes to HGH side effects but all these sides are quite common. They are certainly nothing to worry about as discontinuing the use of HGH will make these side effects go away.

HGH can be prescribed for many different conditions such as short stature, low HGH production, adult GH deficiency, and conditions such as turner syndrome. Anyway, the list goes on and on, but to get HGH prescribed, you have to have a condition where HGH is required for treatment, obviously.

When I said 2IU, I meant it's on the high side. From all the research and discussions I've carried out it seems that most conditions where HGH is necessary for treatment require lower doses of HGH (doses depends on how severe the condition is, but common prescribed adult dose for medical purposes is usually around 2IU). There is one condition where the treatment can require higher doses. This condition is called "short-stature". This treatment begins at a very young age, so it's the children who get a taste of the higher doses. There are anti aging clinics who will prescribe HGH for anti aging benefits but you got to be a bit older to apply. And even then, you are more than likely to get a low dose prescribed. So when I said 2IU is on the high side, I meant it's probably around the most people our age will get prescribed, otherwise it is the young children who get treated for short stature who get to to experience the higher doses. Look I am sure every now and then you will come across a Dick and Harry who will say they have HGH prescribed at more than 2IU p/day but I haven't come across one of these individuals for a while. As a matter of fact, I have never come across any adults who have HGH prescribed to them at higher doses, it always seems to be around 2 - 3IU mark no matter what condition they have.
