    question for Gear

ok, been looking for a long time for good info bout insulin . But Im reading so much confincting information. the 8 hr thing is blowing my mind. Any way let me tell you how Ive been running it.

I work out at various time in the day depending on my work scheduale and my lil 11mo girls scheduale.
Im only shooting when Im out of the gym by 5pm.
Im only useing 6iu of R PWO
    Im useing 50/50 PWO drink.
1-1.5 later super clean meals, ex. egg whites, chicken, tuna, plain brown and white rice, oats, yams. also veggie like brocolli squash or carrots.
The same foods every hr and a half for 4-5 hrs.
I have yet to feel hypo.
By 5 hrs post injection Its bout bed time and I may have peanut butter and protein drink(I thought it was safe for fat) or Ill just go to bed and have had no problems. Weight is slightly up and muscles much fuller no fat gain at all.

Now I can handle the no fat for 8 hrs, but do I need to stay up till its out of my system completely. Or you think Ill be ok to go on to bed??? No plans of useing over 6 units.

    thanks

Not everyone feels hypo, it just depends how tolorent you are, and yes you defenitely need to stay up until insulin is totally out of your system. This is very important to know as the last thing you want is for the insulin to take effect while you're asleep which can send you into a diabetic coma.

If you canot handle not consuming fats for that long then don't use R and use humalog instead. That is why I always suggest using a faster acting insulin such as humalog.
