vinegar for igf reconstitution

Ok to sum I mixed my igf with BA. I don't have any AA, but I have distilled white vinegar. I don't have any syringe filters, but would stuffing cotton where the needle and syringe screw together be good enough to filter out bacteria. Obviously, I would filter the vinegar via this method a couple times.

I know that iv drug users use cotton to filter their drugs, but I can't find out if the cotton just filters out the particles that would clog the needle or if it can remove bacteria.

NO, do NOT under any circumstances attempt to filter ANY gear with cotton. Cotton is not designed to be fragment free. If you do this, you WILL end up with some sort of abscess or sore where you inject. As far as the vinegar goes, i dont know if vinegar will actually work or be safe, but it just sounds painful in any direction.
