pregnancy test for hgh

i know ive read it on hear 10 times but i cant find a thread on it. my question is when testing hgh with a pregnancy test do u put hgh right on the tester or do you test your urine after using(pretty sure you put hgh on test but just want to make sure)? also how much hgh do you need to use?
