    mass building

    how much hgh does one need to do to start gaining mass?? I am in my late 30's now and on 1.2 gram cycle of test. per week. and hgh 3iu eod. thanks guyz...

    If you are talking about from hgh alone it would be somwhere between 6-10 iu's but over a gram of test you should grow just fine. Also if you grow at all dont expect it to be anything like on aas

    If you are following the EOD dosing protocol I would defenitely take at least 10IU p/day. 3IU will deliver fat loss benefits more than anything else.

    If you want to run HGH ED, 6/1 or 5/2 then usually a minimum of 5IU p/day is required over a period of time for good muscle gains.

    My appologies, I was refering to HGH mass building benefits !! I have read so much about this stuff and everyone seems to have a different way of taking it. it seems that the every other day thing is optimal??? so I am going to stick to that and as you already know Gear, I am doing 3iu EOD as you advised, thanks by the way !! boy, it will take awhile to get up to 10iu !! any recommendations?? So far I have been on for about 2 weeks now and not really feeling anything maybe a bit harder pumps and possibly losing some body fat?? looks like it but I am still hold up around 230lbs. No red marks or pain in the stomach area at all so seems sides are fairly low at this point but I assume it's much to early to make that assumption???

    My recomendations are don't set yourself a certain dose you want to reach. In most cases, you will find that you either won't be able to reach that dose due to side effects, or the current dose you're currently on is enough. Just go with the wind, and by how you feel.

    Two weeks on HGH is still early for any major benefits so give it a bit longer.

    i am on gh 10 ius a day protocol 5 on 2 off, on started my 13 th week, i have had fat loss, but little water rentention as a sideffect , but no muscle gains yet, i am 24, weight 200 lbs 5'8

    In most cases it's too early to see muscle gains 13 weeks into cycle. The 5/2 protocol @ 10IU p/day will defenitely deliver some muscle gains sooner or later, just hang in there.

    thanx gear, i will stick to my gh routine, i hope my muscles will get bigger i just hope as well my wallet gets biggers as well lol

    Your muscles and wallet never get bigger at the same time. One always gets smaller.
