It doesn't make any difference if you're a bodybuilder or a sprinter, you still use insulin the same way and you use the same amount. 10IU isn't a high dose actually, but it's enough for recovery.

Hmm, Thank you ! I didnt know that. So building up gradually to 10iu would be relatively safe and effective ? how can I minimize excess weight gains with this ?

sorry to hi jack but to minimize fat gain would you want your BG levels closer to 70 then 110?
Somewhere in the middle would be best. Not too close to 110 and not too close to 70 either. Those levels are minimum/maximum levels.Quote:
