It takes months to show gains and is expensive.....
I looked into it, but test is cheap in comparsion and probably going to be more effective unless you are using test already.
MGF is probably somthing pro's would use but if you are just trying to get to 225lbs, a normal cycle will give you better results and leave somthing left in your wallet.

on a personal note, IGF is the single best compound i have used and i seen results in 3 days....go find my igf log on here...

IGF is a bit over rated IMO. Defenitely works, but the benefits are not worth the amount of $$$ it's worth. I give it a 6/10.
