slin out of fridge

i usually take my slin out of the fridge on the days i take it for like 2-3 hours while i wokrout till i get home,will it affect it in anyway?

so you are saying that you take the entire vial with you?
I would load a syring and only take that with me. A couple hours for just once might not do much damage to your gear. But taking an entire vial for 2-3hours for many times might mess up the quality. Btw why 2-3hours? A good lifting workout should not last much more than just 1 hour.

If you keep you insulin in the fridge at all times then take it out for a few hours it will be fine.
