    insulin question

    i have an old 10ml bottle of insulin from a previous cycle, have atleast 7mls left.

    my question is its been kepted out of the refrigerater and the seal has already been poped off.. is it stil good if i were to use it again or should i just grab more?

    get a new one. You should not keep it out of the fridge more than a couple hours.

    I have read in posts that insulin can be out the fridge for 28 days at 80 degrees, without going bad

    I'm a diabetic and once i open a vial it never goes back in the fridge. Insulin isn't as delicate as you guys make it out
