OK I've never done any IGF-1 or HGH, until now it's been strictly AAS. So I just wanted a little help with planning a cycle for the new year.
I'm 5'10, 210lbs right now, probably around 10% bf, I want to get to at least 210lbs, 6% bf but 215lbs would be nice.
My plan goes a little like this but I'm completely open to suggestions.
10 weeks Test Cyp, 500mg a week (2 shots of 250mg)
Starting at the same time:
5 weeks on IGF-1 LR3, 4 weeks off, 5 weeks on
then of course PCT
(yes I know cyp puts on water weight etc. im not to worried about what I look like during the cycle, I can diet and do lots of cardio afterwards, I just want to get that base of muscle so as to where I could tone down to around 210lbs, 6%)
So my questions are:
Should I start the PCT in while I'm on the IGF-1? (stick to the however many day waiting period) or should I wait until I'm done the IGF-1 to start my PCT?
Should I start the IGF-1 a little later after the Cyp because I've heard IGF-1 is wicked for keeping gains which I worry about. Also the fat loss post cycle would be nice.
Should I maybe kick it off with d-bols or something (even though im not fond of orals) or end it off with winny? (would winny just be pointless with the IGF-1?)
What should I run for my PCT? my previous PCT's have been clomid and armidex, keepit the same?
